I have taught at Mars Hill College for nearly forty years. Like my colleagues, I teach general education courses in composition and literature. My areas of specialization are the Renaissance and Middle Ages, so I teach major courses in Shakespeare, Chaucer, and Milton. I also teach survey courses in earlier British literature and world literature through the Renaissance.
